Coming soon. Not yet available. Early access coming soon.

  • Built for owner-led businesses with 0–20 employees
  • Designed for approval steps you control, per action.
  • Designed to work with the tools you already use
  • Actions designed to be logged
What it is

A marketing and revenue operator for small teams.

Small teams rarely have time for steady marketing and sales follow-up. AuxoPraxis is being built to help. That means a team of AI agents designed to research, plan, do the work and report back, while you keep the final say.

01

Planned to connect to what you use

AuxoPraxis is being built to bring your analytics, CRM, calls and website into one shared memory of your business (planned integrations, not yet connected to live accounts).

02

Does the work

AuxoPraxis is being built to research your market, update your site, draft content and local posts, follow up on leads, review your pipeline and coach sales calls, with specialist agents drafting the work for you.

03

Keeps you in charge

It is designed so you decide, action by action, whether an agent asks first. Approvals and actions are designed to be logged.

How it will work

Designed as a loop: plan, approve, act, review, then plan again.

Connect your data, agree the plan, let agents do the work under your rules, and see what happened. Then the next plan is designed to build on the results.

  1. 1

    Diagnose

Connect your tools. Your scorecard is designed to show where your marketing and sales setup has gaps, based on the data you connect.

    • Ranked gaps
    • Missing data is flagged as missing; it is designed not to be silently filled in.
  2. 2

    Plan

A strategist agent is designed to draft your plan, positioning, market size and 90-day priorities as proposals you accept or edit.

    • Plans and positioning you accept are designed to be saved to a versioned record of your business, so changes can be tracked.
    • Agents are designed to plan against what you accept
  3. 3

    Execute

Specialist agents are designed to draft content, update pages, watch competitors, follow up on leads and coach calls at the autonomy level you set.

    • One-off outward messages are planned to wait for your approval, and sequences are planned to start only after you approve them.
    • Outbound messages are designed to pass consent and opt-out checks.
  4. 4

    Report

Weekly reviews are planned to show what changed and what to do next.

    • Filterable activity log
    • Each review is designed to feed the next plan

The loop we are designing: plan, build, monitor, act, coach, then back to the plan.

What it will do

A coordinated team of agents for marketing and revenue.

A coordinated set of agents, led by a chief-of-staff agent designed to route the work, ask for approvals and report back.

Marketing

Market research & strategy

Website & landing pages

Designed to propose updates and new pages and to generate sites. Publishing a page is planned to start at Approve.

Designed to draft review requests and replies. Replies are planned to wait for your approval, and review requests are planned to go out only after you approve them or approve a campaign.

Competitor watch

Designed to monitor competitor sites, rankings, listings and reviews, and to flag threats and opportunities with the evidence.

Content on demand

Designed to turn the plan and what competitors are doing into content drafted using your brand kit.

Being built to help you respond quickly to new inquiries from your website.

Designed to score recorded calls against a rubric you control, with a coaching brief and a drafted follow-up.

Pipeline review & forecast

Planned: a weekly review of your CRM deals with a stage-weighted forecast and suggested fixes.

Quotes & proposals

Designed to draft proposals from your deals. Sending a proposal is planned to wait for your approval.

Weekly owner report

Oversight

Human approvals

Planned: an approval queue with a clear before-and-after for each proposed action, so you can approve, edit or reject.

Autonomy controls

Designed so you can set Suggest, Approve or Autopilot per action type and change it any time. One-off outward messages are planned to stay at Approve, and sequences and campaigns are planned to need your approval before they start.

Designed to record which person or agent did what, and when, with before-and-after records.

Described as designed. The platform is in development and has not yet run for customers.

Planned to work with the tools you already have.

No rip-and-replace. AuxoPraxis is being built to read from, and with your approval write to, the tools you already run.

Spend caps (designed)

AI usage is designed to run through a gateway with per-workspace budgets.

Consent and opt-out checks

Messages are designed to follow consent and opt-out rules.

Tool connections you approve

Third-party tools are designed to be allow-listed, and a tool that changes is designed to need your re-approval.

Activity log and data control

Agent and user actions are designed to be logged. Workspace data is designed to be exportable, and deletion is planned to have a short recovery window.

What we have not done yet. AuxoPraxis is not yet available. Features on this page are described as designed or planned.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is AuxoPraxis available today?
No. AuxoPraxis is coming soon. The platform is under development and has no customers yet. We are not announcing a launch date. The early access list is coming soon.
What is an AI CMO and CRO?
A coordinated team of AI agents designed to do the day-to-day work of a marketing lead and a revenue lead for a small business: market research and planning, SEO and website updates, local presence, lead follow-up, pipeline review and sales-call coaching, with approval steps you control.
Will it publish or send things without my approval?
No. At launch, one-off messages and anything published outside your team are planned to wait for your approval, and sequences and campaigns are planned to start only after you approve them. Every action type is designed to have an autonomy level you set: Suggest, Approve or Autopilot. Outward actions are planned to be capped at Approve: each one-off message waits for your approval, and each sequence or campaign needs your approval before it starts. Publishing a page, posting to Google, replying to a review, sending an email and writing to your CRM are planned to start at Approve. Reading data, drafting and writing reports are designed to run on Autopilot. Replies to new inquiries and customer surveys are planned to start at Approve.
What will it connect to?
It is designed to connect to the tools you already use: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Business Profile, your website (WordPress or a site it builds for you), your CRM (HubSpot first) and your call-recording tools. Integrations are planned to be validated before launch, and the list may change. AuxoPraxis is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
Who is it for?
Owner-led businesses with roughly 0–20 employees that do not have a dedicated marketing or revenue leader, and that already have a website and, ideally, a CRM.
Does it run paid ads or make phone calls?
No. Ad-buying management and AI voice agents are not part of the plan for the first version. The focus is research, organic search, website, local presence, written follow-up, pipeline and coaching.
How do I get early access?
Early access is not open yet. The early access list is coming soon.
